The info card:
With every box that they send, they also include a fold out info card that details the items and prices.
And here are my items:
At first glance, the items don't look that exciting, but we shall see...
Items in detail:
- Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Ultra-Moisturising Hand Therapy
- Travel Size 25g., Value $9
For some reason my hands and elbows have been getting quite dry lately, must be the change in weather. So this item came to the rescue and I couldn't be happier. The scent is great and it does really moisturize my hands. Great item!
- Estèe Lauder Revitalizing Supreme Global Anti-Aging Crème
- Deluxe Sample Size .17 oz., Value $8.50 (Full Size 1oz., $50)
I gotta say that I'm not a big fan of Estèe Lauder but I know I can definitely give this to my mom who uses products from them. This is a daily moisturizer that corrects fine lines, dullness and dehydration with their patented IntuiGen Technology that helps reactivate skin's own revitalization.
- Flora-py Floral Therapy Facial Sheet Mask
- 1 sheet, Value $8
Oh how I love masks, in any shape or form, but sheet masks are especially great because they are travel friendly and so easy to use. This 100% coconut sheet mask promises to revive skin, combat puffiness and moisturize. That sounds like a good mask to me!
- Beauty For Real D-Fine Perfect Lip Pencil
- Full Size .4 fl.oz., Value $14
Lip pencils are great at making your lips look fuller as well as keeping your lipstick in-line. The rules are the same as when you draw, line the outer edges then color the inside.
This lip pencil is also mechanical which I love as it is both easy to use, always sharp and won't waste product. They only offer one universal color that applies naturally on all skin tones. I can vouch that it's true for me, the color went on perfectly and I will be using this as my everyday natural lip liner.
- Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow in You're Toast
- Full Size 1.2g, Value $22.50
I'm not big on loose eyeshadows, it's just plain too messy for me to use or travel with. Putting my personal preference aside, Marsk is a great cosmetics company as they only incorporate all natural and certified organic ingredients. The color You're Toast is a light shimmery copper color that will go great for the upcoming festive holidays. I'll be gifting or passing this along to someone whom I know will appreciate it more than me.
My Thoughts: I love Glossybox because I feel I get a lot of value from it and they do send out quality products. This month though was not too exciting. I did find some products that were great and will definitely be using, but there were also a couple of items that were kind of meh. Hopefully December will be better and so far they've announced a specially designed box for next month, so that's already a good sign!
